  First we Need to Add the Developer Toolbar to Excel When you open Excel the Ribbon will not contain the Developer tab we need to add by following the steps , the below image before adding the Developer tool to your Ribbon. File --> Options --> Customize Ribbon  --> Main Tabs - -> Developer Click on the  File   menu  then select  Options ,  you popup the dialog box , click on  Customize Ribbon  on the left side, in the right hand side you see " Customize the Ribbon ", Under drop down select "Main Tabs" then check the box for  Developer You will see the following options once you add and tap the developer tab....
